Girls Inc. Gymnastics Center has been training gymnasts throughout Shelby County since 2000. Our facility includes a regulation size spring
floor, vault table, three AAI balance beams, two sets of Midwest Eagle uneven bars, in- ground trampoline, and an 8x18x8 foot deep foam
pit.
Girls ages 3 to 18 years old may participate in a variety of classes including Twinklers, a class for 3 and 4 year olds, skill level classes from
beginner through advanced, and backhandspring classes. Competitive gymnastics are available for girl’s level 3 and higher. Our gymnastics
program offers an opportunity to learn new skills and master new challenges in a safe, fun, and educational setting with trained staff.

Twinklers (Ages 3-4)
In this popular class, girls have fun while developing small motor movement skills. These young gymnasts will be introduced to balance
beam, uneven bars, floor exercise, and trampoline in a playful environment.
Sparklers (Beginning gymnastics, 5yrs and up)
Girls start learning gymnastics fundamentals on all our Olympic events! Girls will practice skills in balance, flexibility, coordination, and
overall fitness! This program builds the foundation for more advanced skills.
Rising Stars (Intermediate gymnastics)
This program is for girls who have mastered the basics and are ready to practice more challenging skills.
Super Stars (advanced gymnastics)
This class is for girls who are ready to work on advanced gymnastics skills. Gymnasts will learn proper progressions and build strength for
more challenging skills.
Pre-Team
Our competitive pre-team is for gymnasts with the desire and ability to prepare for our Gym Stars Competition Team. These gymnasts train
at an accelerated pace. This special program will help gymnasts gain competition experience and build strength for more challenging skill at
the Team level.

We are proud to have an outstanding competitive program! Our gymnasts compete at USA- gymnastics levels 4 and up.

| There will be regular gymnastics classes during spring break (March 22 - 26) with the exception of Level 4 and 5. Level 4 and 5 will practice according to the following schedule: NO practice on Friday, March 19 Practice takes place on Monday, March 22 5:00-7:15, Wednesday march 24 4:00-5:30, and Thursday, March 25- 5:00-7:15. |
