Safety is our priority
- All members of Girls Inc. need to have an enrollment form completed including a list of authorized adults
allowed to pick up members.
- Parents/Guardians must sign in at the front desk when picking up your child. Your child will be paged
and sent to the main hallway to gather her things and leave. If she does not come immediately, you cannot
go into the activity room or gymnasium to find her. Instead, have her paged again at the front desk, and
we can send a staff member back to get her.
- If you have arranged to have someone pick up your child who is not on her pick-up list, you must call or
have written notification for the office staff. The person picking her up must also have photo identification.
- Girls CANNOT go home with other girls unless written notification is received by parents. We will not allow girls to go home with others unless we have been notified by both sets of parents.
